Review: Sweet Tips Nails Gooey Cream Egg

Hallo My Lovelies,

I have a new Sweet Tips Nails called Gooey Cream Egg to show you. As you can guess Gooey Cream Egg is a Easter inspired polish :)

Gooey Cream Egg is a clear base with brown, red, yellow, blue and white glitter in all different shapes and sizes.

Here is what Jen has to say about Gooey Cream Egg. "Gooey Cream Egg was inspired by my favorite Easter treat - Cadbury Cream Eggs! I mixed the yummy chocolate treat with the gooey white and yellow middle with the colors of its foil wrapper to come up with this unique polish that looks great over most colors."

I did a skittle mani for this beauty. I used China Glaze Re- Fresh Mint, Peachy Keen, Sugar High, Grape Pop and Lemon Fizz then I used 2 thin coats of Gooey Cream Egg. I did have to use 1 coat of Glitter food to get a smooth finish but other then that everything was easy peasy! LOL

So what do you think about Gooey Cream Egg?

To buy Gooey Cream Egg or any other Sweet Tips Nails polish go to Jen's Esty shop or check out her FaceBook page to get updates on up coming polishes or restock info.

Review: Flash Your Tips polishes

Hallo My Lovelies,

I hope Christmas stress has not gotten the best of you yet! I've been so busy with work, Christmas shopping, working on the house and trying to figure out what to cook for Christmas.

I did find time to review 3 of Rachel's A.K.A Flash Your Tips polishes and I must say OMG I'm in LOVE with the polishes she sent me :)

I will start off with Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold. Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold is a light green base with red and green glitter.

Here is what Rachel has to say about Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold "Christmas dinner would not have been the same without Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold!
This polish has a light, but buildable green base with green and red glitter."

For this mani I used 2 coats of Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold over 2 coats of Essence Don't Feed The Tiger.

Application was easy with no glitter fishing necessary. I did not need to use Glitter Food because all the glitter laid flat on my nails :)

Next up is Griswold Family Christmas. Griswold Family Christmas is a mixer of white and blue glitters in a clear base.

Here is what Rachel has to say about Griswold Family Christmas "This is an amazing mixture of blue glitter in a clear base. There are matte white, matte baby blue, and blue glitters. This color is named after my favorite family from my favorite Christmas movie."

For this mani I used 2 coats of Griswold Family Christmas over 2 coats of Zoya Trixie.

No issues with application nor did I have to fish for glitter. I did how ever use Glitter Food to get a smooth surface

Last but not least here is Cousin Eddie's Shoes. Cousin Eddie's Shoes is a clear base with iridescent, sliver and white Various sized glitters (square, bar and hex) By far this is my favorite polish out of the 3.

This is what Rachel has to say about Cousin Eddie's Shoes "We all remember Cousin Eddie's Shoes! They were sparkly white just like this beautiful polish! There are seven different glitters used in this polish that will look great alone or over a colored base coat!"

For this mani I used 2 coats of  Cousin Eddie's Shoes over 2 coats of China Glaze Ring In The Red. No fishing for glitter here but I did have to use Glitter Food because it did leave the mani abit gritty, normally after using Glitter Food I top my mani off with HK Top Coat but I loved the matte look with this combo.

So what do you think? Do you have any Flah Your Tips polishes and if so which ones?

To order Rachels polishes go to her Etsy shop and you can also read about any up dates she may have on her Facebook page.

Review: Glimmer by Erica Muy Caliente

Hallo My Lovelies,

I'm back with a new polish from Glimmer by Erica called Muy Caliente. Muy Caliente is a bright red, orange and yellow glitters in all shapes and sizes.

Here is what Erica has to say about Muy Caliente "This polish is all about fire! It is a super sparkly mix of red, orange, and yellow glitters in a clear base and it is hot hot hot!! It literally glows on the nail! I know in this pic it looks like there is some gold in it but that is all yellow and in person it is bright yellow. It looks stunning by itself or as a sparkling top coat for any color. I recommend a clear coat since glitters can feel rough on the nail."

As you can see my nails are alot shorter :( I broke all of them on my right hand at work so I had to file them down *BOOOOOOOO* oh well whats a girl to do? LOL

For this mani I used 2 coats of Muy Caliente over 2 coats of Anny It's Just Love (a beauty red creme) I got so many compliments about this mani it was crazy :D I swear it looked like my nails was on fire!

The formula was excellent and I had no need to fish for glitter which is always a plus right? I'm loving Erica's polishes they are so complex, there's nothing boring about her creation's.

So what do you think?

You can buy Muy Caliente and many other polishes from GlimmerbyErica at her Etsy Shop.

Review: Feenix Falling For You

 Hallo My Lovelies,

Tonight I want to show you a polish from Feenix called Falling For You. Falling For You is a beautiful fall polishes with brown, red and gold glitters the best colors for fall.

Here is what Suzette has to say about Falling For You " Falling For You starts with a clear base to which we have lightly added two shimmering pigments in tawny colors. To that, we have stirred in a mixture of ten different glitters, some of them matte. The result is a riot of fall colors reminiscent of an October walk in the woods."

Does this polish just not SCREAM fall/autumn? I wore Falling For You over OPI Wooden Shoe Like To Know?

The glitter is dense and I got full coverage in 2 coats. I did not have to go fishing around for any of the glitter, which is always a good thing right? :)

So what do you think?

You can find Falling For You and so many more of Suzette's creations in her Etsy shop.

Review: Feenix Clots of Love

Hallo My Lovelies,

I have a new Feenix polish to share with you today called Clots of Love

Clots of Love is a black jelly base with fine red glitter. This polish has Vampire written all over it!!! My camera had a hard time focusing on this beauty, it was like WOW to much bling going on here! LOL

Here is what Suzette has to say about Clots of Love "Clots of Love is a black jelly that's just loaded with fine and ultrafine red glitter. It's perfect for wearing with that slinky black Halloween costume! It is opaque in two heavy coats. You might want to go with three light coats instead. Layered over black, one coat just might do the trick. We like this one so much, we may keep it around all year."

For this mani I used to 2 coats of Clot of Love over 2 coats of China Glaze Liquid Leather then topped it off with Glisten & Glow HK Girl top coat. I let the first Clots of Love layer dry before adding the next coat if you don't it will clump, so keep that in mind!! Other then that I found the polish super easy to work with.

So what do you think about Feenix Clots of Love?

You can find Clots of Love and so many more of Suzette's creations in her Etsy shop.

Would you like a bite of my poison apple?

Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite polishes. Red is my favorite color. I got the idea of doing this mani because of my screen saver :) which is a picture of a poison apple.

Ok now on to my mani, this is BB Couture Poison Apple from the Fairy Tale collection 3 coats. Poison apple is a beautiful bright red. In the bottle you can see abit of shimmer but not when you apply is on the nail. The application was great now if all polishes could be that way.
