Review: Flash Your Tips polishes

Hallo My Lovelies,

I hope Christmas stress has not gotten the best of you yet! I've been so busy with work, Christmas shopping, working on the house and trying to figure out what to cook for Christmas.

I did find time to review 3 of Rachel's A.K.A Flash Your Tips polishes and I must say OMG I'm in LOVE with the polishes she sent me :)

I will start off with Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold. Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold is a light green base with red and green glitter.

Here is what Rachel has to say about Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold "Christmas dinner would not have been the same without Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold!
This polish has a light, but buildable green base with green and red glitter."

For this mani I used 2 coats of Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold over 2 coats of Essence Don't Feed The Tiger.

Application was easy with no glitter fishing necessary. I did not need to use Glitter Food because all the glitter laid flat on my nails :)

Next up is Griswold Family Christmas. Griswold Family Christmas is a mixer of white and blue glitters in a clear base.

Here is what Rachel has to say about Griswold Family Christmas "This is an amazing mixture of blue glitter in a clear base. There are matte white, matte baby blue, and blue glitters. This color is named after my favorite family from my favorite Christmas movie."

For this mani I used 2 coats of Griswold Family Christmas over 2 coats of Zoya Trixie.

No issues with application nor did I have to fish for glitter. I did how ever use Glitter Food to get a smooth surface

Last but not least here is Cousin Eddie's Shoes. Cousin Eddie's Shoes is a clear base with iridescent, sliver and white Various sized glitters (square, bar and hex) By far this is my favorite polish out of the 3.

This is what Rachel has to say about Cousin Eddie's Shoes "We all remember Cousin Eddie's Shoes! They were sparkly white just like this beautiful polish! There are seven different glitters used in this polish that will look great alone or over a colored base coat!"

For this mani I used 2 coats of  Cousin Eddie's Shoes over 2 coats of China Glaze Ring In The Red. No fishing for glitter here but I did have to use Glitter Food because it did leave the mani abit gritty, normally after using Glitter Food I top my mani off with HK Top Coat but I loved the matte look with this combo.

Review: Charm Your Nails My Charmed Life

Hallo my lovelies,

Today I have a beautiful glitter polish from Charm Your Nails called My Charmed Life, which is a pink shimmer base packed with turquoise, aqua and white bar glitter. Glitter shapes include bar, hex and square. 

Lindsay describes My Charmed Life: 

"My Charmed Life-A charming mix of turquoise and aqua glitters in a pink shimmer base with clean white lines"

I used 2 coats of My Charmed Life over 2 coats of Zoya Trixie. This mani reminds me of winter. I got so many compliments about this combo (just look how blingy it is)

I had no issues with curling, be it the square or bar glitters. They all behaved :D One coat of Poshe top coat and I got a perfectly smooth finish.

AMAZING RIGHT??????

I just can't stop staring at my nails, they are soooooo shiny.

Hallo my NP lovers :)

Tomorrow is my off day WOO-HOOOOOOOO as you can see I'm totally excited.

Today I have a beauty for you Zoya Ivanka *DROOLS* Anyone that knows me knows I'm a green nail polish hoarder :D I used 2 coats for full opacity.Ivanka is a green glass flecked polish with flecks that show both green and gold. Ivanka is part of the Sparkle Collection.

Zoya Trixie/CG Party Hearty

Hallo ladies,

It's Monday morning and outside we have rain/snow weather :( so in other words it's gloomy and yucky.

Sorry I have not been around much I've been busy for Christmas, I know thats no excuse I suck :D lol but to make it up to you I have a beautiful Christmas mani to share with ya. By the way I'm listening to BRENDA LEE ROCKIN' AROUND THE CHRISTMAS TREE as I'm writing this, talk about getting into the Christmas mood ;) Now I feel like going to watch home alone!!

Now on to my mani, alittle bit of a warning my nails are really short now :( due to breaks GRRRRRRRRRR







For this mani I used Zoya Trixie 2 coats and China Glaze Party Hearty 2 coats.

I love CG Party Hearty over sparkle stuff then over creme polish makes it pop more :)

Zoya Isla

I love my Zoya collection, so I can't understand why I don't reach for them more!! Most of my Zoya are untries I'm going to have to work on that.

I love this color makes me think of warm apple pie. I LOVE ME SOME APPLE PIE :D *DROOLS* lol

This is 2 coats, application was abit runny but other then that I had no problem. I can't seem to get any sun so I can show you all these beautiful polishes. Seems winter is already knocking on are door :(

Zoya Trixie

I had so many compliments this week about my paint splatter mani. Everyone asking who did my nails and where did I get them done, when I told them I did they just stared at me (Like wow) LOL wanting to know if I did other people's nails for money, now it was my turn to just stare at them LMAO I was like no i'm just happy I can do mine right, few of them was like well you should (aint that sweet)

Ok well on to the new mani for today :) and the winner is (Drum rolls please) Zoya Trixie. What a beauty!!!! Used 2 coats, brush was really easy to work with Hardly had to do any clean up.
