I just want to say thank you to all of you. I never ever dreamed I'd see this number. Hell, I didn't expect to see a hundred followers so edging up to 700 has me floored. I really truly do appreciate every person who stops by and takes a gander at the polish or actually takes time to read my craziness. I started this blog on a whim, as I do so many other things, expecting to have at it for a couple months and move on as I got bored, never knowing what I was getting into.
In almost a year my polish collection has expanded from about 60 polishes to, well, you don't want to know. Its absurd really. I've gotten polishes that were lemmings I had in HIGH SCHOOL, when I was too poor to afford the "cool" polishes. I've reacquired some long lost Streetwear loves (and started hoarding my favorite Streetwear of all time, which is directly responsible for this blog, but thats a whole other kettle of fish). But most importantly, I've gotten to know you all.
This community astounds me on a daily basis. The kindness, encouragement, and gotchurback mentality I have experienced here is like nothing I have ever seen. I have met some wonderful women, started what I believe was once referred to as the "biker gang" of the polish world the Wicked Vixens, watched my nails go from shorties to talons to shorties and back again, and made friends with some ladies that I truly consider "best" friends. I've watched some blogs come and go, I've gotten inspiration from blogs that have been around forever, and I've been slowly sucked into the rest of the "beauty" part of beauty blogging. Polish is just the springboard, right ladies? I can't thank you enough for everything you all have given to me in the past almost year, but I want to try... SO here we go... a wicked little 666 giveaway!
