Review: Sweet Tips Nails Gooey Cream Egg

Hallo My Lovelies,

I have a new Sweet Tips Nails called Gooey Cream Egg to show you. As you can guess Gooey Cream Egg is a Easter inspired polish :)

Gooey Cream Egg is a clear base with brown, red, yellow, blue and white glitter in all different shapes and sizes.

Here is what Jen has to say about Gooey Cream Egg. "Gooey Cream Egg was inspired by my favorite Easter treat - Cadbury Cream Eggs! I mixed the yummy chocolate treat with the gooey white and yellow middle with the colors of its foil wrapper to come up with this unique polish that looks great over most colors."

I did a skittle mani for this beauty. I used China Glaze Re- Fresh Mint, Peachy Keen, Sugar High, Grape Pop and Lemon Fizz then I used 2 thin coats of Gooey Cream Egg. I did have to use 1 coat of Glitter food to get a smooth finish but other then that everything was easy peasy! LOL

So what do you think about Gooey Cream Egg?

To buy Gooey Cream Egg or any other Sweet Tips Nails polish go to Jen's Esty shop or check out her FaceBook page to get updates on up coming polishes or restock info.

Review: Sweet Tips Nails 24 Carrots

Hallo My Lovelies,

Today I have a beautiful Easter/Spring polish to show you from Sweet Tips Nails called 24 Carrots

Here is what Jen from Sweet Tips Nails says about 24 Carrots "24 Carrots is a spring-y mix of various shades, shapes and sizes of orange and green, inspired, of course, by a bunny's favorite food - carrots!"

24 Carrots- is a clear base thats packed with different size and shape green and orange glitter- there's hexes, squares, circles and bars.

I can't really say I like the undies I picked out for 24 Carrots :( I'm going have to try it with a sparkling orange or maybe a green? I'm not sure yet.

What I can say is " I LOVE 24 CARROTS!!!!" It is so Eastery/Springy which we need here, since it's still snowing :(

24 Carrots went on super easy with no problems, The formula was easy to work with and I only needed 2 thin coats. I used to 2 coats of 24 Carrots over 2 coats of Basic 329 (Peach color) then 1 coat of Glitter Food and last but not least 1 coat of HK top coat.

So what do you think about 24 Carrots? Do you have any Sweet Tips Nails polishes and if so what do you think about them?

To buy 24 Carrots or any other Sweet Tips Nails polish go to Jen's Esty shop or check out her FaceBook page to get updates on up coming polishes or restock info.

I used 2 thin coats over 1 coat of Essence Hard to Resist. Star Dust layers very well. You will have to fish out the stars, but I find it really easy to do if you turn the bottle upside down.

Monster Lacquer Polish Review

Hallo My Lovely ladies,

Sorry I have not been around to share all these beautiful polishes. I've been sick, So here's a little story of what's been going on. Lately I can't keep anything in me, the minute I eat or drink something it go's right through me and this has been going on for some time now! Hubby had to drive me to the hospital because my lips and tongue started losing it's color (I mean both of them turned WHITE) I wanted to sleep all the time and I felt drained. So I had to undergo a Colonoscopy and a Oesophagogastroduodenoscopy (I think I spelled both of those right) so now I'm just waiting on the test results. Enough of all the sick talk lets get down to business and talk nail polish.

I have a few polishes from Monster Lacquer to share with you. First up we have Hot Mess, Hot Mess is a bright pink that flashes blue with large black circle glitter.

I can't say that I prefer the black circle glitter but you can choose to fish them out if you like, I did for this review. I did have to fish out the glitter but it was not hard to do. I got full coverage after 2 coats.

Next up we have The Blues, The Blues is a blue jelly with holo glitter. I must say this polish is a beaut!!!! Application was amazing and totally easy to work with. I got full coverage after 2 coats.

So what do you think? Do you have any Monster Lacquer polishes and if so do you like them?

You can buy these polishes and many other's from Monster Lacquer at her Etsy Shop.

It has emerald green micro fine glitter, gold micro glitter, emerald green hexes, small gold squares, round gold holos and diamond holos. It really looks stunning on the nail!"

Anyone that knows me knows I LOVE green nail polish :) more then half of my stash is green!! For this mani I used 2 coats of Green with Envy over 2 coats of China Glaze Paper Chashing. There was no need to fish around for the glitters but I did have to use Glitter Food to get a smooth surface.

So what do you think? I highly recommend you get your butt over to GlimmerByErica and buy up all her polishes!! :D

Review: Flash Your Tips polishes

Hallo My Lovelies,

I hope Christmas stress has not gotten the best of you yet! I've been so busy with work, Christmas shopping, working on the house and trying to figure out what to cook for Christmas.

I did find time to review 3 of Rachel's A.K.A Flash Your Tips polishes and I must say OMG I'm in LOVE with the polishes she sent me :)

I will start off with Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold. Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold is a light green base with red and green glitter.

Here is what Rachel has to say about Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold "Christmas dinner would not have been the same without Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold!
This polish has a light, but buildable green base with green and red glitter."

For this mani I used 2 coats of Aunt Bethany's Jello Mold over 2 coats of Essence Don't Feed The Tiger.

Application was easy with no glitter fishing necessary. I did not need to use Glitter Food because all the glitter laid flat on my nails :)

Next up is Griswold Family Christmas. Griswold Family Christmas is a mixer of white and blue glitters in a clear base.

Here is what Rachel has to say about Griswold Family Christmas "This is an amazing mixture of blue glitter in a clear base. There are matte white, matte baby blue, and blue glitters. This color is named after my favorite family from my favorite Christmas movie."

For this mani I used 2 coats of Griswold Family Christmas over 2 coats of Zoya Trixie.

No issues with application nor did I have to fish for glitter. I did how ever use Glitter Food to get a smooth surface

Last but not least here is Cousin Eddie's Shoes. Cousin Eddie's Shoes is a clear base with iridescent, sliver and white Various sized glitters (square, bar and hex) By far this is my favorite polish out of the 3.

This is what Rachel has to say about Cousin Eddie's Shoes "We all remember Cousin Eddie's Shoes! They were sparkly white just like this beautiful polish! There are seven different glitters used in this polish that will look great alone or over a colored base coat!"

For this mani I used 2 coats of  Cousin Eddie's Shoes over 2 coats of China Glaze Ring In The Red. No fishing for glitter here but I did have to use Glitter Food because it did leave the mani abit gritty, normally after using Glitter Food I top my mani off with HK Top Coat but I loved the matte look with this combo.

So what do you think? Do you have any Flah Your Tips polishes and if so which ones?

To order Rachels polishes go to her Etsy shop and you can also read about any up dates she may have on her Facebook page.
